Abstract :
Based on literature review, this study proposed three hypotheses about learning culture and individual innovative behavior. The model was validated in structural equation modeling by investigating 391 employees from 46 organizations. The results indicate that individual learning has positive effects on innovative idea generation, organizational learning has positive effects on both innovative idea generation and innovative idea implementation, and team learning has no significant direct effects on individual innovative behavior.
