  • Abstract
The Hybrid cipher algorithm combined with symmetric and asymmetric cipher algorithm has provided the functions of information transmission integrity and secrecy with faster speed and higher intensity, which has played very important roles in the VPN network security. This paper discusses the implementation mechanism of this algorithm, and carries on the programming under the VC++ 6.0 platforms to realize this algorithm. The system performance analysis and hydraulic project practice examination show that this algorithm based on AES and ECC has a higher security compared with the traditional DES and RSA algorithm, and effectively satisfies the VPN network requirements on data transmission security.
