Abstract
With the rapid development of China´s urbanization, a large number of economic, social, environmental and other risks have been emerged in the large-scale urban development project in the urban construction, promoting a gradual deterioration of the operating environment for the urban construction. In this paper, the author analyzes the risk characteristics of the large-scale urban development project, constructs the risk planning framework of the large-scale urban development project and states that the necessary way of solving the risk problems is to construct the decision-making, implementary and supervisory mechanism in the risk planning management. The paper aims at promoting the comprehensive and effective macro regulation and control of the risk of the large-scale urban development project and directing the urban construction to develop properly and orderly.
