Abstract
The effects of market orientation on the performance in property service enterprises have been examined by an empirical study. The popular scales have been adopted to measure the market orientation and organizational learning degree of the sample enterprises. The results show that market orientation has significant positive effects on enterprise performance directly and indirectly through a mediate variable named organizational learning. Therefore, the implementation of market orientation strategy should be applied in Chinese property service enterprises after appropriate adjustment for environment and industry characteristics.
