The way to carbon intensity aim of Beijing

The paper put forward the way to carbon intensity aim of Beijing according to the climate policies and its trends in the world and in China. Then gave out the structure, category and managerial class of the carbon intensity aim management system of Beijing. In order to realize the carbon intensity aim, we must to analysis and reorganize the lothew-carbon policies, and to form integrated policies system of carbon intensity aim management. This paper give some suggestion on how to make the policies which related to low-carbon management work cooperation with each other, and the management mechanism.
