Abstract :
Service efficiency is gaining significant attention in both academic and practical circles. This study evaluates the efficiencies of 30 Chinese international airports since the localization reform. Using DEA, we draw the conclusions that most of the operations are invalid. Various characteristics are related to an airport´s efficiency. We also extend to identify the inefficient airports and propose the optimal path. Results are used to extract some policy considerations to deepen the reforms of airports.
