Abstract :
This paper suggests a new direction for studying the process of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation based on the perspective of managing stake-holders involvement in that process. An ERP implementation case will be presented and analysed. Stakeholders who are involved in the implementation process of this case will be defined and described. The paper provides guidelines and recommendations for successful implementation, as well as for furthering research in the area of stakeholder management in ERP implementation context.
