Abstract :
The R&D industry is an emerging, top and modern service industry. China economy and other industries will benefit from the development of R&D industry. After analyzing the internal and external environments of China R&D industry with SWOT analysis method, we can draw a conclusion that there are not only strengths and weaknesses, but also opportunities and threats in R&D industry. Authorities should carry forward the strengths, avoid weaknesses, seize the opportunities and reduce the threats when they formulate competitive strategies and enhance competitiveness of China R&D industry.
