  • Abstract
    Purpose: To understand the impact on how job rotation of administrative staff members in high education. Design/methodology/approach: the implement of job rotation of staff members in school of International Education, Wuhan University of Technology. Findings: administrative staff members would like to participate in job rotation program; job rotation provided administrative staff challenging experience and avoided job burnout; job rotation broadened the eyes of administrative staff members and encouraged teamwork spirit. Research limitation/implication: job rotation of administrative staff members is just a trial in one school instead of the whole university. Practical implication: the means of how job rotation can be put into practice are concluded. Originality/value: this paper has provided several useful experiences of job rotation which can be used in other professions besides of high education.
