  • Abstract
    In our experiment, we study the effect of a metallic/dielectric interface on a single emitting nanocrystal. We investigated the coupling between a CdSe quantum dot embedded in a homogeneous medium of refractive index n=1.5 and located at different distances d from the interface thanks to standard fluorescent confocal microscopy experiment.
