Abstract
The influence of dispergation on thermoelectric properties of nickel monoxide NiO and rutile TiO2 was studied by comparison properties of finely divided and weak sintered samples (in which the properties of contacts between small grains have a maximum effect) with properties of densely sintered ceramic samples, in which these effects are expressed much more weakly. Specific features of the mechanism of conductivity of these materials and grain contacts properties, allowed (after a dispergation) a considerable increase in their thermoelectric efficiency
