Abstract :
A power divider based in three resonators in coplanar waveguide (CPW) technology is presented. This structure is the joint of a filter and a divider. The structure has two advantages. The main advantage is that this divider does not excite the slot mode as typical CPW divider, so air-bridges are not needed. Also, a 50% of size reduction can be achieved. This novel design has been measured and good power transfer is found in the bandpass.
