  • Abstract
    With the rapid development of China economy, more and more multinational corporations have been to china to develop their operations. Localization is a major problem that multinational corporations are facing in global operations. Although many scholars have already researched on it, a few of them have especially researched on the human resources localization, in particular, from the perspective of influencing factors. This paper will analyze the influencing factors of human resources localization of multinational corporations from the internal and external impacts in view of systematic theory, particularly establish a model of external factors that affect human resources localization. It has a strong theoretical significance to analyze human resources localization.
