After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Entrepreneurial firms are faced with challenges of liabilities of newness and liabilities of smallness, which can directly result in a lack of resources. Leveraging resources is a key to resolve these difficulties. To make the best of leveraging resources, entrepreneurial firms need to raise their absorptive capacity by developing the abilities of learning, cooperation and organization. As a result, the organizational competitiveness of entrepreneurial firms could be built up naturally.
