  • Abstract
    Data acquisition and predictive filtering system plays an important role in Position and Orientation System (POS). Aiming at the realization of high precision data acquisition, a data acquisition and predictive filtering system is designed. The system acquire ring laser gyroscope(RLG) data, accelerator data and temperature data using FPGA. And the system filter the RLG data and accelerator data using DSP. A FIR filter was devised to eliminate the dither bias of RLG and accelerator. The results of stationary test test show that data acquisition and predictive filtering system can efficiently eliminate the dither bias of 80dB. The motor test results show that the precision of POS achieve 0.8 nmile/h, and the data acquisition and predictive filtering system content the RLG POS.
