Abstract :
We propose an evaluation procedure of arificial dielectrics and a disk resonator of novel structure. The permittivity can be calculated by using a commercial software and simple equations. A disk resonator made of anisotropic artificial materials has mode selectivity. The resonator is applied to a bandpass filter.
