Abstract
A user movement tendency notion is introduced to characterize user moving behavior. An algorithm is developed for user movement tendency prediction. Based on the predicted user movement tendency, a connection admission tree (CAC) scheme which explores individual user mobility information is proposed. Simulation results show the proposed CAC scheme achieves better performance in terms of handoff dropping rate and resource utilization
