Abstract :
The system applies PLC of OMRON CJ1M-series as a lower control computer to conduct a field control in the KK Filter system of Jilin Chemical Fiber group. It utilizes King view 6.53 for PC monitor. The paper mainly describes the application and the communication of PLC and inverter in this system. Then the design of operating screen in PC, the attention about the installation of communication lines of a inverter, and the way of a slave to achieve communication between PLC and inverter. It ensured the filter quality and controllability of KK filter systems, and realizes the automation in the process of filter systems control.
