  • Abstract
    Due to the vast amount of energy consumption of AC (Air Conditioning) systems, the reasonable design, optimal operation and efficient management of AC systems are inevitable and necessary to the whole city energy management (CEM). To achieve these objectives, the verification of systematic characteristics, practical approaches of energy consumption and systematic fault diagnosis of AC systems should be taken as the premises and the most elementary works. Based on AC commissioning principle, a practical diagnosis approach of energy consumption and systematic fault of AC system is established. The framework and general procedures of the practical approach is presented and introduced in this paper.
