Abstract :
Food safety and food supply chain management has become a hot research at home and abroad. This article describes the background of the food supply chain, and puts forward a new idea to solve the food safety problems in the food supply chain induced by the causes according to the problem. Analysis based on the quality and safety of the food supply chain information to track state of developments well as the food supply chain security protection mechanism to build the main model, in which the food supply chain management -for technical support in order to EAN-UCC (global harmonization of identification) system, based on the use of RFID technology (radio frequency identification).
