Abstract :
Defining construction project transaction mode as research object, this paper firstly classifies common used construction project transaction modes, and then attempts to improve the existing transaction mode selection approach - SMARTS to a more precise method called fuzzy SMARTS, which comprised a fuzzy evaluation part. Finally, this paper illustrates the method is practicable for providing the owner strong supports to select transaction mode appropriately through empirical study.
