Abstract
This paper aims to study the versatility of the fabrication process and the physical properties of organic microlasers. Photolithography and plasma etching processes are used to obtain the laser microcavities composed of a passive polymer doped with an active laser dye. These microlasers are essential in the study of open wave chaos physics for integrated optics applications.
