Abstract :
Basing on SPWM integrated control chip and single-chip microcontroller, a digitized SPWM subdivided driving controller of three-phase stepper motor was designed. The hardware structure of the control system was introduced, and the system principle was analyzed. Key explained the control algorithm of equal-area bipolar modulation, was applied to Sinusoidal subdivision on stator winding current of three-phase stepper motor, so as to subdivide the equal stepping angle with high precision. Compared to PWM circuit of traditional analog discrete components, the hardware circuit is simpler, software calculation is easier, Debugging and maintenance are more convenient. With better generality, the system has a higher application value.
