Setting up of Management Information Subsystem of Searching, Analysis and Utilization: A Case Study

The popularization and application of management information system (MIS) is an important mark of the information age, which mainly includes two subsystems: search system and system of analysis and utilization. Taking Haier Group for example, the thesis analyses its construction experience in building MIS and information competition rules that it contains. Haier´s experience has fully proved that MIS´ integration is not only a platform for integration of subsystems, but also the data integration that subsystem could achieve timely management, play and explore the overall effectiveness of information system.
