  • Abstract
According to the tie-line power fluctuations in the influence of a large-scale wind power, an effective control strategies and methods are proposed in this article, that is the coordination control of on-line phase and the pre-control phase, the coordination control of the NON-AGC units, AGC and NON-AGC units. And on this basis, a corresponding mathematical model is established. The actual performance of the AGC unit, non-AGC unit, thermal Power and hydropower are fully considered in the model. The proposed method and model have a guiding significance to the dispatching operation where there is a large scale wind power.
