  • Abstract
Starting from the recent results obtained by using mathematical tools such as windowed Fourier transform and wavelets, the paper presents a review of the electrical network theory where the proposed techniques are able to identify better physical and topological properties. The basic idea examined in this work is related to the possibility of extending closed form approach in the analysis of electrical systems
