Dynamic power system simulation for real time dispatcher training

The simulation of the power system is one of the basic tasks of the dispatcher training simulator (DTS). It enables responses to the trainee´s actions in a manner consistent with the power system operation. The authors briefly outline the structure of a training simulator and then concentrate on the modeling of the power system.
