Abstract :
The focus of this paper is on devising voltage-to-current-mode circuits based on applications of dependent sources to a suitable, parent network. It is well-known that the positions of the poles and zeros can be independently controlled if the dependent sources introduced are dependent on the output variable or on the input variable, respectively. But independent control of the poles and zeros can also be achieved if the dependent sources depend only on variables within the network if constraints are put on the parent network. A practical configuration of a new network is proposed. Examples in which control of the positions of the poles is obtained by means of current-controlled-voltage-sources which depend on selected currents within the circuits are provided
