Abstract :
A method of nonlinear distortion analysis in high-order continuous time Gm-C filters is presented. The method is based on Volterra series approach. The third order effect has been taken into account. The nonlinear models of the inductor imitator and the filter of its base have been proposed. Results of the calculation are in a good agreement with computer simulations.
