This paper introduces the dynamic regulation methods of Floor Area Ratio in the USA, including Floor Area Ratio Bonus, Floor Area Ratio Transfer and Floor Area Ratio Reserve, analyzing its dynamic characteristics are made up of the clarification of property rights, the market-oriented operation, and the systematic management mode. Then it presents the revelation for Floor Area Ratio management in China with focus on emphasis the economic relationship, establishment the efficiency-oriented mechanism and macro-allocation the space resources.
