Abstract
The impact of supply and ground coupling networks on transimpedance amplifier stability is analyzed by grouping critical circuit elements appropriately. The analysis methodology is applicable to feedback amplifiers in general and could guide the choice of circuit components, device process, and packaging solutions for optimum performance
