Abstract :
Automated aircraft structural parts production line can increase productivity, shorten production cycles, improve product quality, improve economic efficiency, reduce labor intensity and is conducive to product updates. Since the automated aircraft structural parts production line is so important, the reliability and maintainability of it should be given adequate attention. This paper analyzed the aircraft structural parts production line. The best fit of the failure data between the common theoretical distributions was found and its parameters were computed. The reliability models for the entire production line were calculated as well. The models could be proved to be a useful tool to assess the current conditions, and to predict the reliability of the production line.
