Abstract
In this paper, we have compared the feature of carbon dioxide emissions both in USA and China. Firstly, the total carbon dioxide emissions were large both in China and USA. Secondly, the per capita carbon dioxide emissions in USA are at a stable high level, while China´s relatively low. Thirdly, as per capita carbon dioxide emissions index, the EKC of USA has already turn to the right, but China is still in the left side.
