Abstract :
The article puts forward a distributed control system based on CAN fieldbus, which achieves remotely to monitor intelligently system and diagnose fault in crusher product line. MITSUBISHI Q00CPU PLC and CAN bus is used in the system MITSUBISHI GT1575-VNBA touch screen is chosen to monitor the product line. Several measured signals are transmitted to PLC via CAN and distributed I/O modules. This article introduces the characteristic of CAN and crusher product line system. The product line is continued working. Its devices are spread, and the working environment is bad. Therefore, CAN fieldbus is adopted to monitor remotely product line. The actual application shows that the distributed control system is simple, reliable and good real-time. Meanwhile it decreases the site operation personnel and improves safety and productivity providing a powerful reference and guidance for the other field application.
