Abstract :
The classification of knowledge workers has become an important basis for the scientific activities of human resources management in enterprises. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) theory is introduced simply on weight value calculating and attributes reduction in this paper. Based on AHP, a method of weighted fuzzy clustering analysis of knowledge workers is given. The proposed approach overcomes the traditional subjectivity and makes the classification of knowledge workers more objective. An example is given to demonstrate this method.
