Abstract :
The reliability for electric vehicle charger has been studied and the reliability model has been achieved for optimizing topology. A reliable electronic vehicle charger solution is presented and the scheme of reliability analysis has been demonstrated. Aiming to non-repairable components and redundancy, a "N+1" cold-standby redundancy charger is proposed for realizing auto switchover when there is a module failures.
