  • Abstract
    A design method has been developed to evaluate CMOS and BiCMOS fully differential OTA´s performance independently of the application. It is also possible to optimize current distribution to improve the gain-bandwidth product. Simulation results put forward some advantages of BiCMOS technologies and confirm the usefulness of the optimization proposed
