Abstract :
The behaviors of dielectric ageing of lead magnesium tungstate-lead zirconate titanate (PMW-PZT) ceramics satisfying X7R standard were investigated. It was found that this ceramic demonstrated the following characteristics: it could reach stability rapidly, the dielectric constant showed an apparent decrease with temperature, and the degree of ageing related to temperature could make the E-T curve appear as a dual peak, thus, it exerted an effect on the temperature coefficient of capacitance
