Abstract
Employment has a vital bearing on people´s livelihoods. It is the fundamental prerequisite and basic approach for people to improve their lives. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is seen to extend beyond the statutory obligation to comply with legislation and sees organizations voluntarily taking further steps to improve the quality of life for employees and their families as well as for the local community and society at large. Corporate social responsibility has positive function in promoting employment, protecting staff´s rights and interests, and promoting staffs training etc. So the Corporate social responsibility should be implemented in the concrete practice of human resources management for promoting employment.
