Abstract :
This report discusses the system formation algorithm of communication network quality factors in the interests of efficiency analysis of its functioning and further introduction of controlling effects. The supposed algorithm is based on application of artificial neural network methods and allows one to exclude uncertainty when choosing quality factors awaiting estimation. An example of practical use of this algorithm for synthesis of a communication network quality factor system is shown.
