Abstract
There are no such financial instruments as gold security and gold depositary receipt in gold market where there are no open market operations at present. Open market operation in the gold market is one channel of the transmission mechanism of the monetary policy. The application of open market operation in the gold market is coupled with the innovation of the gold market development.
