Abstract
A course "educational management" has been designed and implemented for the educational professionals functioning in management roles in higher education institutions, colleges and schools. The course has among other objectives the initiative to introduce e-learning as method of lifelong learning. The outcomes and the experience gained from the course implementation are described.
