  • Abstract
    A reflectarray antenna with independent scanning of two linearly-polarized beams is evaluated for the first time. The design is based on a previously demonstrated reflective cell controlled by two pairs of varactor diodes. The antenna operates in lower X-band (8 GHz) and has 316 elements arranged in a circular surface. For each linear polarization, the radiation pattern can be pointed towards any angular direction.
