Abstract :
Crosstalk is the major limiting factor affecting the achieve rate of VDSL/VDSL2 system. For the downstream transmission, a precoder is generally used to compensate the effect of the crosstalk. Following J. Louveaux´s work, an improved adaptive precoder algorithm based on sign-error feedback information for crosstalk cancellation in downstream transmission is proposed in this paper. Computer simulation results are provided to verify that the new algorithm has fast convergence speed.
