Abstract
This paper is concerned with the synthesis of the finite word length 2-D state-space filter structures with low weighted sensitivity. A frequency-weighted sensitivity measure is defined in place of a usual sensitivity measure and its upper bound is used to evaluate the weighted sensitivity. A simple technique is then developed for finding the set of filter structures with low weighted sensitivity by choosing the coordinate transformations appropriately
