Abstract
Corporate governance risk is a kind of uncertainty, attributed to the change of external & internal environment and the unexpected events, which could not lead the corporate governance structure and mechanism to perform accountability for stakeholders. The management of corporate governance is a process across the corporate, effected by an entity´s board of directors, management and other personnel, designed to identify potential risk that may result to corporate governance defeat, and manage corporate governance risk to be within it appetite, to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of corporate governance objectives. This paper puts forward an integrated framework of corporate governance risk management which includes three objectives categories, ten components and three entity levels.
