Abstract :
Good phase noise performance of an integrated 4.3 GHz VCO, implemented in a standard, digital 0.35 μm CMOS process is reported. Measured phase noise at 4.3 GHz is -120 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. Current consumption is only 3.0 mA at 1.5 V supply voltage.
