Abstract
A method of damping linearly polarized noise is suggested. This method is applicable for a biorthogonal antenna system when the useful signal has circular polarization. The biorthogonal antenna consists from two systems of orthogonal electrical resonators, which are rotated from each other by 45 degrees. Such a system of electrical resonators has four outputs. The main steps of the suggested method conclude in forming ten difference signals, which are used to check four hypotheses. The choice of the correct hypothesis allows a compensating signal to be formed and the useful signal to be selected from the background noise.
