The Application of Forecasting Optimization on City Commercial Development Requirements Based on the Grey Theory--A Case Study of Wuhan

Land demand forecasting is the core content of urban development, it not only directly determines whether urban land use planning is reasonable or not, but also provides necessary data to support planning of the next. In today´s vigorous development, demand construction land forecasting is much more essential. This article tends to use qualitative and quantitative methods based on the grey theory, to study the application of the grey prediction model in commercial development requirements forecasting in Wuhan.
