Research on the Coordination Degree of Beijing´s Economic and Environmental Subsystem

Based on the analysis of relation between urban economic and environmental subsystem, the article puts forward the concept of the coordination degree of economic and environmental subsystem and its calculation. Then according to Beijing´s historical data, its coordination degree is calculated. The analysis and calculation indicates that although the order degree of urban economic subsystem´s development is comparatively higher and remains a steady upward trend, the overall coordination degree of Beijing is quite low for the development of the environmental subsystem presents a disordered state.
